Our remote support helps you with computer problems over the internet, at home or at work. After arranging support by phone, download AnyDesk for Windows or Mac. Once you approve the connection, we can examine faults on your screen with you, adjust settings and resolve software problems.
Recording only with your consent: the recording remains at H.T.Computer for 14 days, solely to review and, if needed, correct the work performed. We can help without recording if you prefer. The phone call is not recorded.
